Tobye Scheer ~ Tobye is retired from the Huntsville City School system with 28 years experience in teaching, administration and social work. She holds a BS degree in Elementary Education from Auburn University, an MS in Guidance and Counseling from Samford University, and an AA Certificate/Masters in Administration from Alabama A & M University. Tobye has 24 years experience in Real Estate, and is a licensed realtor in Alabama and Tennessee. Tobye has been a million dollar producer for all of her 24 years in real estate. Tobye and her husband Carl are very active at Trinity United Methodist Church, and enjoy traveling, playing golf, gardening and spending time with their family and five grandchildren.

Carl Scheer ~ Carl has lived in the Huntsville area all of his adult life. He graduated from Alabama A & M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is a decorated Army veteran, having served in Vietnam. He has been an independent business man, serving the Huntsville area for the past thirty five years. Throughout his years as an entreprenuer, he has cultivated many business relationships and is known by many people in the area. After having recently sold a very successful business of twenty years, Carl received his real estate license and joined Tobye in 2006 to form “The Scheer Power Team”.
