 Carl Scheer ~ Carl has lived in the Huntsville area all of his adult life. He graduated from Alabama A & M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is a decorated Army veteran, having served in Vietnam. He has been an independent business man, serving the Huntsville area for the past thirty five years. Throughout his years as an entreprenuer, he has cultivated many business relationships and is known by many people in the area. After having recently sold a very successful business of twenty years, Carl received his real estate license and joined Tobye in 2006 to form “The Scheer Power Team”.

 Joanna Collins ~ Joanna joins Keller Williams and The Scheer Team as a Buyer Specialist whose expertise is in commercial real estate leases and sales. She has worked in commercial real estate for several years. Before entering the world of real estate, she was an account executive for a local cable company, and has also owned a machine embroidery design business. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in fashion merchandising, and has authored two books. She is married and has 6 children and is an active member of her church, the Junior League and the Gothic Guild.
 Christen Forsyth ~ Christen joins Keller Williams and The Scheer Team as a Buyer Specialist. She is a 2002 graduate of Bob Jones High School in Madison, and attended Shelton State in Tuscaloosa. She has worked in several medical offices in Huntsville. Her enthusiasm and love for people has helped her easily transition into the world of real estate, where she especially enjoys helping young buyers find their first home and forging long term relationships to meet all of her clients real estate needs. She always makes time for fun with friends and family, especially her two year old son.
 Lisa Segroves ~ Lisa joined Tobye as her Office Manager as Tobye made the move to Keller Williams Real Estate in the summer of 2006, and has been a part of The Scheer Team since it’s inception. Lisa graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, and before working in Real Estate, worked as a graphic designer for several local companies. She continues to do freelance design in her spare time. A lifelong native of Alabama, she enjoys photographing the local area, music, movies, working with computers and spending time with her two sons and future daughter-in law.
